I can reproduce this explorer crash by opening qBitTorrent from cold and clicking something like Help -> About.
I've done 2 clean installs of Windows 10, memory tests, even ordered a brand new SSD and all along it was qBitTorrent!
So it's qBitTorrent that's crashing the explorer shell.
